Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. THE SECURITY SEAL MUST NOT BE TAMPERED WITH OR WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN (see defective roller-ball for the only exception). Your item must be in the original packaging and COMPLETE WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
We understand that finding a defective roller-ball can only take place by the removal of the security seal. In the unlikely event that this takes place, send the roller ball back in and we will then send a replacement out and refund your postage costs. All roller balls are checked before being placed on the applicator, so this should not be an issue.
RECEIPTS OR PROOF OF PURCHASE
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We CANNOT refund without this.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS WE WILL RECOMMEND WHICH COMPANY YOU SEND YOUR RETURNS WITH. WE WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU CARFEULLY SEND THE COMPLETE PACKAGE OF DAMAGED GOODS FOR YOUR CLAIM TO BE VALID AND TO AVOID FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. A replacement will be then sent out to you and your shipping costs refunded.

All orders are sent out in bubble wrapped envelopes or by other suitable means for larger orders and after being inspected by our staff.
